with departments consisting of: executives, financial administrators; production managers, electronic & mechanical engineers, quality control technicians and analysts.

Introduced 20+ new systems & completed a total of 55 projects in 2 years.

By driving human resource plans that mitigates risks and boasts company culture such as organizing an internship program for mechanical & electrical engineers, at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada (UNLV).

Creating a student fluid curriculum; custom, interactive and personalized, internship program. Students enrolled accumulated skills needed to acquire mid-level positions immediately after graduation.

During my management the success rate was 100%.

Documenting every system, production protocol and administrative procedure to meet ISO standard requirement specs, was also the perfect opportunity to kill 2 birds with 1 stone; maintaining quality and boosting team morale.

By enforcing strict compliance requirements that provide safer work environments, and implementing simplified systems that incite participation in regular safe work habits with fun posters & streamlined assembly-line procedures.

Introducing a health benefit program, that allowed factory workers to maintain their current welfare status, company wide 401k plans and life insurance for in-house engineers. Project was completed 20k/yr under budget by initiating as needed coverage protocols.

Team countenance skyrocketed production proficiency. Achieving last minute high-volume demands without delay or overtime, resulted in 3 major clients to sign newer, stronger contracts that generated 50k monthly revenue increase.

Tastie Studio is a small Design Studio located in Las Vegas, NV, offering brand identity services & solutions to small businesses and start ups.

Club Sparkle is a Global Health, Wellness & Lifestyle company from Japan with global team over 200 employees, and over 10k international independent contractors.

The goal was to aid sales representatives in pitching the company & products, by achieving a solid brand presence with trustworthy reputation.
